Key responsibilities

The carer will visit the client's home and undertake the following responsibilities:
• Provide support with personal hygiene, toileting, dressing, feeding and washing
• Undertake household tasks including cleaning and laundry
• Offer friendly companionship and emotional support

AGE: 39
MEDICAL CONDITIONS: Mental health condition and Cerebral palsy
ADDITIONAL HEALTH NEEDS: Support required with dressing, feeding and washing
Work environment

The client lives in adapted accommodation in a smoke-free and pet-free home.
Working pattern
==========================
8 - 16 hours per week. The role begins with 2 days per week for 4 hours, with the potential to increase hours as the carer becomes fully conversant with the client's needs.

ESSENTIAL:
• Care Certificate qualification
• Fluent English
