Registered General Nurse (RGN) – Day Shifts (Care Home Setting)

Location: Stockport

Pay Rate: £20.25 Per Hour

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join a well-established care home team on day shifts. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated nurse looking to work within a supportive environment that values high standards of care and professional development.

About the Role

We are seeking confident and experienced RGNs with a minimum of 4 years’ post-qualification experience within a care home setting. Please note, we are unable to consider applications from newly qualified nurses or those whose experience is solely within bank or agency work for this position.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to residents, leading shifts effectively, and ensuring all clinical and care standards are maintained in line with regulatory requirements and best practice.

Pay & Benefits

Competitive hourly rate starting from £20.25 per hour

Additional hours paid at bank rate +10% premium

Working Hours

Contracted hours: 38.5 hours per week

Rotational pattern:

Week 1: 4 long shifts

Week 2: 3 long shifts (includes weekend working)
