What You’ll Get:
£15 per hour – BLOCK PAY (No gaps between calls!)
27p per mile travel payment
40+ hours per week
Permanent contract

Are You the One?
We’re looking for someone who is:
✔A current Senior Carer, Team Leader, or experienced Care Assistant
✔Confident with training staff, conducting spot checks, and risk assessments
✔Holds (or is working towards) a Level 3 NVQ in Health & Social Care
✔ Has 3–6 months domiciliary care experience within the last 3 years
✔A driver with your own car
✔ Able to work every other weekend and support nearby branches if needed
PASS and Care Planner knowledge? Even better!

What You’ll Be Doing:
Visiting clients to carry out assessments and create care plans
Providing emergency support and cover when needed
Conducting risk assessments, reviews, and supervisions
Supporting and training staff to ensure outstanding care
Performing spot checks and quality audits alongside the Branch Manager
