Production Operative – Butchery – £14.30/hr – Late Shift
On site- Boston (Marsh Lane), Lincolnshire
£14.30 per hour + £15.40 overtime | PAYE | Full-Time | Immediate Start
Shift: 13:30–10:00 - 5 days from 6 (Sunday - Friday)
Chilled food production environment
Physical role (lifting up to 25kg, standing all shift)
We are hiring Butchery Productiin Operatives to join our butchery team in Boston, preparing fresh meat products for delivery across the UK.
This is a hands-on, fast-paced role working in a chilled environment with a focus on accuracy, quality and food safety.
Please note: this role involves handling fresh meat products. No animals are slaughtered on site.
Duties
- Preparing, cutting and packing fresh meat products
- Picking and labelling customer orders
- Working to daily production targets
- Maintaining food hygiene and safety standards
- Keeping work areas clean and organised
Requirements
- Previous food production or butchery experience
- Comfortable working with meat products
- Able to work in a physically demanding role
- Reliable with good timekeeping
- Right to work in the UK
What You’ll Get
