Placement: Once references are received and your DBS is verified, you will be cleared for immediate booking.
THE QUALIFICATION BAR
Qualified Tier: Candidates must hold a "Full & Relevant" Early Years or Childcare qualification at Level 2 or Level 3.
Unqualified Tier: We welcome applicants with alternative qualifications provided they have 3 months+ of verifiable experience within a private nursery setting.
2025 Compliance Standard: All practitioners counted within nursery ratios must hold a Full Paediatric First Aid (PFA) certificate or be willing to obtain one immediately.
