-Preparing and delivering a smooth, efficient breakfast service
-Cooking a range of fresh breakfast dishes to a high standard
-Ensuring mise en place is completed ahead of service
-Maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and kitchen organisation
-Supporting the wider kitchen team with prep for later services where required

-Experience in a breakfast or similar kitchen role
-Ability to work independently and manage your own section
-Strong time management and reliability (early starts are essential)
-A positive attitude and team-focused mindset
