Do you enjoy providing excellent customer service and working in a fast-paced administrative role? Are you organised, detail-oriented, and confident handling enquiries?

As a Car Parking Administration Assistant with ISS UK, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of car parking services.​

You will provide efficient administrative and customer support, ensuring queries are handled professionally and systems are maintained accurately.

The Role

Provide administrative support for car parking operations, including permits and enforcement processes

Handle customer enquiries relating to car parking in a professional and timely manner

Maintain accurate records and update systems in line with procedures

Support compliance with parking policies and procedures

Assist with resolving car parking queries and issues effectively

Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time

Contribute to the smooth running of car parking services and wider operational objectives

About You

Strong customer service and interpersonal skills

Good attention to detail and organisational ability

Confident working with IT systems, including Microsoft Excel and Word

Previous customer-facing experience is desirable

Able to manage workload effectively and prioritise tasks

Professional, reliable, and a strong team player
