URGENTLY REQUIRED
We are seeking a reliable and caring Breakfast & After School Club Lead to support primary-aged children before and after school in a safe, fun and engaging environment. This is a hands-on leadership role where no two days are the same.
Our club has a high proportion of children with Special Educational Needs, so experience working with SEN children is essential. You’ll need to be confident adapting your approach and leading a small team to do the same.
About the Role
You will:
• Lead activities for children aged 4–11
• Support children with SEN and additional needs
• Help supervise staff and daily operations
• Communicate with parents and school staff
• Maintain safeguarding and health & safety standards
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
• Recent experience working with children (paid or voluntary)
• Experience working with SEN children - essential
• Good safeguarding and health & safety awareness
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
Desirable:
• Supervisory experience
• Childcare or Playwork qualification
