Summary

LDS Projects Data Assistant

ROLE DESCRIPTION

Are you a highly organised and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data accuracy, educational excellence and admin support? Join our Learner Data Services team for an exciting opportunity dealing with Learner Data!

We encourage applications from candidates with strong administrative skills, preferably with experience in further education or school settings, though all backgrounds are welcome.

As a vital member of our team, you will play a key role in providing effective support to the project delivery, liaising with various a colleagues, learners and external partners as appropriate. This includes a high volume of data-related administrative processes utilising different data systems as required.

Your responsibilities will encompass data-related tasks such as inputting data accurately, resolving queries, creating comprehensive data records for internal and external audit, and performing other relevant duties.

Please note that this role is Fixed Term until 31 May 2027.
