We are currently looking for a friendly, professional and enthusiastic Spa Host to join our Country Club & Spa team. This is an
exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in
delivering outstanding customer service.
The Role
As a Spa Host, you will be the face of the spa, ensuring every guest receives a warm welcome and exceptional service throughout
their visit. You will support the smooth day-to-day operation of the spa through a combination of front-of-house responsibilities,
guest care, food and beverage service, and operational support.
Key Responsibilities
Guest Services & Reception
* Welcome spa visitors and guests in a friendly, professional and efficient manner
* Manage guest check-ins, enquiries and bookings
* Process guest billing accurately and maintain controlled cash handling procedures
* Keep up to date with spa tariffs, treatments, packages and special offers
* Support reservations when the reservations office is closed
Food, Beverage & Facility Support
* Take and serve food and drink orders to guests
* Assist with pool plant maintenance (full training provided)
Health, Safety & Professional Standards
* Follow all company health and safety procedures and policies
* Report maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly
* Maintain clean, safe and organised working areas
* Complete all required training and eLearning courses
About You
We are looking for someone who:
* Has a passion for delivering excellent customer service
* Is a strong team player with a positive attitude
* Works well under pressure and remains professional at all times
* Takes pride in their personal presentation
* Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Demonstrates strong attention to detail
* Is eager to learn and develop within the company
Previous experience in a spa, hospitality or customer-facing role is desirable but not essential, as full training will be
provided.
