As a Registered Nurse you will:
• Be responsible and accountable for the delivery of high‑quality, safe and compassionate nursing care.
• Undertake comprehensive assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation of holistic, individualised care.
• Deliver evidence‑based nursing interventions that meet the physical, emotional and psychosocial needs of patients.
• Work collaboratively with patients, families and the wider multidisciplinary team to achieve positive outcomes.
• Ensure practice is delivered in line with local, Trust‑wide and national policies, procedures, values and behaviours.
Our preceptorship programme is well established and successful: we guide and support all Newly Qualified Nurses and ensure you have a structured period of transition to support you throughout your career.
