Are you a confident communicator with a flair for sales and a passion for customer service? We are looking for a proactive and personable Telesales Operative to join our friendly team
Key Responsibilities:
• Make outbound sales calls to existing and prospective customers
• Promote and sell our range of medical products
• Build strong relationships with healthcare professionals and procurement teams
• Follow up on leads and maintain a CRM with accurate and up-to-date information
• Work closely with our internal sales and customer support team
About You:
• Previous experience in telesales or a customer-facing sales role required
• Excellent communication skills and a confident phone manner
• Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven
• Comfortable working independently and managing your own schedule
• Interest or background in medical/healthcare products is a plus, but not essential
