The Estates and Facilities Department are looking for a Senior Plumber who is GAS-SAFE registered to join their growing team.
The College has a diverse estate - from our Old Court dating from the 14th century through to modern purpose-built residences. The Estates and Facilities team is responsible for a wide range of preventative and reactive maintenance, as well as small scale projects to improve our facilities. It is a particularly exciting time to join the College as we have a number of refurbishment projects underway – the Estates and Facilities Department will have a pivotal role in bringing these projects to life and embedding them into our beautiful and historic buildings.
The Senior Plumber will be contribute heavily to the maintenance of the mechanical and plumbing infrastructure of the College and should be content to work at heights and in confined spaces.
