Primary School – Merseyside
Monday-Friday
8.15am-4pm
We are looking to appoint enthusiastic, caring and motivated mentors to join our friendly and inclusive primary school in Merseyside. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting children’s learning and wellbeing and who wish to be part of a nurturing and supportive school community.
About the Role
As a Mentor, you will:
-Support pupils in class, individually and in small groups
-Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons
-Help create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
-Support pupils with additional needs, including SEND where appropriate
-Encourage positive behaviour, independence and confidence
Hours of Work
-Monday to Friday, term time only
-Working during core school hours (approximately 8:30am – 3:30pm)
About You
We are seeking someone who:
-Is kind, patient and enthusiastic about working with children
-Has strong communication and teamwork skills
-Is committed to helping every child succeed
-Has experience working with children or in a school environment (desirable but not essential)
-Is willing to engage in training and professional development
