ABOUT US
We're a mixed workspace community, home to coworking members, office tenants, meeting room guests, virtual office client, and everyday visitors. We're proud to operate more like a business family than a corporate facility: everyone here matters, everyone contributes and everyone is treated with the same care and respect we'd want for ourselves.
We're a small team, which means every person genuinely counts. We lean on each other, share ideas freely and pull together on everything from daily operations to the events that bring our community to life.

THE ROLE
This isn't a reception job. It's the role that holds our member community together. You'll be the first face people see when they walk through the door, the voice that greets them on the phone, the person that virtual clients trust to handle their post and communications and the colleague who ensures our space runs compliantly and with care.
You'll own the full front-of-house experience and you'll bring your personality to it every day.

WHAT YOU'LL DO DAY TO DAY
• Welcome coworkers, office members, meeting room delegates, virtual office clients, and visitors with genuine warmth, making sure everyone feels known, valued, and at home
• Build genuine relationships with our members. Learning who they are, what they do, and how you can add value to their working day
• Contribute your own ideas to our events, community initiatives, social media marketing and the way we operate — we genuinely want to hear them
• Manage all inbound communications: telephone calls, email, and in-person enquiries, handling or routing them promptly and professionally
• Process and record deliveries and mail with accuracy, ensuring virtual office clients are notified and compliance records are maintained
• Keep all required data logs and registers up to date — visitors, deliveries, calls, and correspondence, all in line with our compliance obligations
• Support the team with space management, room bookings and day-to-day operational tasks as they arise
• Be a trusted point of contact for online and virtual members, ensuring they receive the same quality of service as those walking through our door

WHO YOU ARE
You're a people person, not just polite, but genuinely interested in others. You remember names, notice when something's off and take pride in making people feel welcome. You're organised enough to keep accurate records and manage a busy front desk, but warm enough that none of that ever feels transactional.
WHAT MATTERS TO US
Experience in reception, hospitality or member-facing roles is a bonus but your attitude matters more than your CV. We'll teach you everything you need to know about how we operate. What we can't teach is character.
You'll need to be comfortable with compliance record-keeping (we'll train you fully), confident handling a range of communication channels and happy to roll your sleeves up when the team needs you.
