Crynodeb
Responsible for providing high-quality care and supervision for children, supporting their physical, emotional, intellectual, and SEND needs in a safe and inclusive environment. Plans and delivers engaging play-based learning activities, monitors children’s development, and maintains accurate records and reports. Ensures safeguarding, health and safety, food hygiene, and behaviour management policies are consistently followed. Supports the Room Manager with parent partnerships, events, outings, inspections, and action plans. Maintains a clean, stimulating environment and positive relationships with families, schools, regulatory bodies, and external agencies. Attends staff meetings and remains up to date with childcare legislation, policies, and best practices to promote outstanding standards of care and education.
