Summary
This role is a fixed term role delivering employment support to customers furthest away from the employment market on a new contract. You will provide one to one and group support to customers to improve confidence, develop new skills and overcome barriers enabling customers to access meaningful employment.
You will be person centred and have a wide knowledge of the benefits system, support services in the area and knowledge and experience of delivering employment support provision.
The team covers a wide geographical area and is responsible for employment support, work experience, volunteering and apprenticeships. This post is based in Scarborough with some travel to Whitby and Filey required.
