Summary
Ideally 4 sessions per week. Provide high quality, patient centred general medical services within a multidisciplinary primary care team Undertake clinical assessment, diagnosis, and management of patients, ensuring safe and effective decision making Support continuity of care and contribute to positive patient outcomes Work collaboratively with clinical and nonclinical colleagues to deliver services effectively Contribute to quality improvement, service development, and innovation within the practice Participate in clinical leadership and practice sustainability activities, where appropriate.
