Our clients located within the Greater London area are looking for compassionate and skilled Care Assistants for full time or part time positions to support Clients with a range / different range of complex health needs.
The client enjoys interaction with his carers. This role is ideal for someone who values building meaningful connections and providing consistent, person-centred care.
Duties / Responsibilities:
• Providing personal care and mobility support
• Supporting with clinical tasks
• Promoting comfort, calm, and positive interaction
Requirements:
• Experience supporting individuals with complex care needs
Essential experience:
o Enteral feeding
o Tracheostomy
o Stoma bag care
o PEG feeding care
o Seizure Management Epilepsy
o Seizure Management Rescue Medication
o Oral Suctioning
o Tracheal Suctioning
o Medication Administration
o A calm, reliable, and emotionally intuitive approach
