Our Globally successful client based in Newark is looking for an enthusiastic, friendly Customer Administrator to join their team. Playing a crucial role for our clients, managing support inquiries, and loading rates, you will work closely with both our internal teams and external partners
Duties of the Customer Administrator include:
• Answering and managing client calls
• Handling support via ticketing systems
• Implementing new products/services for client
• Liaising with third-party service providers
• Maintaining accurate CRM records
• Managing project work within set deadline
The ideal candidate will have a clear and confident telephone manner and intermediate IT skills including Excel. The role of Customer Administrator requires accurate data entry and date exporting from a CRS system so candidates must be able to use V lookups.
