Summary
The company are a well-known logistics company based in Burton and due to a new contract are now looking for a office Admin to join their team on a temporary to permanent basis. The ideal candidate needs to have previous experience, driven and hardworking who can work on their own and within a team.
Rates of Pay: £12.78 per hour
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 08:00-17:00 (40 Hours per week)
30 minuets unpaid Break

Duties to include:
• Be a part of the Customer Services team, but also to assist with HMRC compliance aspects of the business surrounding Excise Duty management when required.
• Working in a fast-paced office environment
• Entering data onto our bespoke Warehouse Systems
• Responding to emails and answering telephone calls
• General office duties including competently handling customer queries, managing daily time sensitive tasks, directing delivery drivers arriving on site, filing etc.
Skills Required:
• Previous experience in an office/administrative environment.
• Have a good level of computer competency and an eye for detail – essential.
• Have very good vocabulary skills and a competent phone manner.
• Be organised and have good multi-tasking and time management skills – essential.
• Have a pro-active and positive can-do attitude.
• Willingness to learn and understand the HMRC compliance aspects of the business to ensure we are operating within regulations.
