Summary

Leading UK Top 50 law firm seeks a creative, detail‑oriented Marketing & Design Executive to join its Business Development & Marketing team. This is an exciting role for an organised, commercially aware professional to support brand development, campaigns and business growth across a respected national practice.

Working within a collaborative team, you will create high‑quality marketing materials, digital assets and brand content that reinforce the firm’s reputation and client‑focused approach. You’ll work across multiple offices and practice areas in a fast‑paced, varied environment.

Key responsibilities

Design and produce brochures, presentations, flyers, invitations, social media assets, templates and digital materials
Act as brand guardian, ensuring all work follows guidelines and tone of voice
Support campaigns with engaging visual and written content
Manage collateral libraries and digital asset systems
Prepare event materials, publications, blogs, articles and presentations
Convert documents to digital and interactive formats
Source merchandise and promotional items aligned with brand and sustainability values
Track usage and engagement; support reporting and analytics
Manage corporate photography and image editing for web, PR and marketing
Provide occasional on‑site event support
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver strategic growth initiatives

What we’re looking for

Strong graphic design and desktop publishing skills; advanced proficiency in InDesign
Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud and Canva
Good knowledge of marketing collateral and digital publishing platforms
Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office
Proven track record delivering high‑quality creative work commercially
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency
Strong organisation, project management and ability to manage competing deadlines
Solid written communication and proofreading skills
Proactive, adaptable and collaborative working style
Confidence engaging with stakeholders at all levels
Advantageous: design qualification; interest in new marketing tech and digital trends
