This post is part-time (17.5 hours per week), and open ended with funding available for up to 36 months from start date in the first instance.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Technician to join the School of Molecular Biosciences on a part time basis. You will contribute to a project entitled “Resolving the detailed molecular mechanisms of key and distinct human 26S proteasome populations” in the group of Professor Paula da Fonseca.

The successful candidate will manage technical aspects of the research on behalf of the Principal Investigator [PI], including providing specialist technical expertise and being responsible for the creation/set up and/or operation of all technical resources to aid the delivery of research objectives. In addition, the postholder will undertake a range of technical support activities in line with the College/School Strategy.
