Paragon Education is currently recruiting caring, enthusiastic, and reliable Teaching Assistants to support a range of primary and secondary schools across Worcester.
We have opportunities available for immediate starts and September 2026 placements, including day-to-day supply, long-term, and permanent positions.

The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you will:
Support pupils in the classroom on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities
Help maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
Support pupils with additional learning or behavioural needs
Encourage student confidence, engagement, and progress
Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
Requirements
Applicants should have:
Previous experience working with children or young people
A positive, patient, and proactive attitude
Strong communication and teamwork skills
The ability to build rapport with pupils and staff
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
Desirable Experience & Qualifications
CACHE Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
Experience supporting SEND pupils
Experience within UK schools, nurseries, or youth settings
Knowledge of phonics or intervention support
Behaviour support experience
