About RecruitED People
RecruitED People is a specialist education recruitment and workforce solutions company supporting schools across Birmingham and the West Midlands.
We specialise in SEN, mainstream and alternative provision recruitment, providing schools with high-quality staffing solutions and workforce management support.
We are not a traditional “bums on seats” agency. Our focus is on building long-term partnerships with schools, reducing operational pressures and delivering safer, smarter recruitment solutions within education. Which, frankly, already puts you ahead of half the industry whose business model appears to be “ring schools at 7am and panic professionally.”
About the Role
We are looking for ambitious, motivated and confident graduates to join our growing team as Graduate Recruitment Consultants.
This is an exciting opportunity to build a rewarding career within the education recruitment sector, working closely with schools and candidates while developing strong business, sales and relationship management skills.
You will receive ongoing training, mentorship and support while building your own client and candidate network within the education sector.
This role would suit individuals who are target-driven, resilient, organised and motivated by progression and uncapped earning potential.
Key Responsibilities
Building and managing relationships with schools and education settings
Recruiting and interviewing candidates for temporary and permanent roles
Advertising vacancies and managing candidate applications
Matching candidates to suitable school opportunities
Conducting compliance and safeguarding checks
Managing candidate availability and bookings
Supporting schools with staffing and workforce solutions
Developing new business opportunities through sales and relationship building
Achieving weekly and monthly KPIs and targets
Providing excellent customer service to both schools and candidates
What We’re Looking For
Educated to degree level or equivalent
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident and professional telephone manner
Motivated, driven and target-focused attitude
Strong organisation and time management skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Resilient and positive mindset
Sales or customer service experience desirable but not essential
