Warwickshire Living T/A Dignity Carers is currently seeking an organised and dedicated Care Administrator to join our head office in Chipping Campden. As a provider of home care and supported living services across Chipping Campden, Evesham, Broadway, and Pershore, we are looking for a professional who is passionate about delivering excellence in the care industry.
The successful candidate will play a vital role in our daily operations, with key responsibilities including:
- Maintaining relationships with clients, families, and care staff.
- Ensuring compliance with safeguarding procedures and maintaining accurate records.
- Managing office communications and supporting management with administrative tasks.
- Coordinating scheduling to ensure continuity of care.
- Liaising with external stakeholders, such as GPs and nurses.
- Participating in the on-call rota system, including some evenings and weekends.
Requirements:
- A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle.
- Proficiency in IT, specifically MS Office and care management systems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in healthcare is preferred, though comprehensive training is provided.
The Package:
- Annual salary of £25,000 – £26,325 pro-rata
