To work using own initiative to complete projects as assigned. To work closely with the other Estates Services Technician's and wider Estates team in the South to take ownership of the sites and provide a robust and quality in-house specialist estates service. To respond to both reactive and planned works. To diagnose and carry out complex works and reduce the requirementfor external contractors. Interpret detailed engineering drawings and specifications to instruct and advise others. To liaise and provide technical advice to all estates operatives and contractors toensure compliance with safety standards and procedures.
