We are looking to take on a Workshop Assistant in our Ductwork sheet metal Workshop.
We are located Morden, SM4 4LU.
Ductwork By Design Ltd is an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT), a company indirectly owned by its employees, through a trust.
No experience is necessary, as all training will be given on the job.
You must be reliable, physically fit and willing to help out with various duties, including but not limited to -
Sealing & finishing the Ductwork.
Cutting & fixing frames.
Working the Plasma machine.
Cutting and folding various panels and sheets.
We are a small team and working as a team is very important.
The working week is 42.5 Hours.
Hours are flexible, with a start time between 6:15am & 8am.
If we are on an Overtime week, Overtime at time & a half will be paid after 42.5 Hours.
As your skill levels increase, so will your level of pay.
We would be very happy to train you with all the skills required to be Sheet Metal worker.
