What skills and experience we're looking for
St Gabriel’s RC High School are currently seeking an SEND Administrator. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Trust at the beginning of a journey of transition, development, and growth within the multi-academy trust.
Purpose of the role:
• Provide administration support to the SENDCO.
• Ensure timely communication with external agencies and families.
• Ensure accurate and up to date SEND records and effective management of EHCP’s.
We are seeking an individual who has:
• Experience of dealing with difficult situations.
• Experience working in a busy office environment/reception area.
• The ability to build and form good relationships with students and colleagues.
• The ability to work constructively as part of a team, understanding roles and responsibilities.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• A good standard of numeracy and literacy skills.
• The ability to prioritise tasks and manage deadlines.
• Good ICT skills/knowledge, particularly software packages including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
