We are looking for a kind, reliable and energetic Personal Assistant (PA) / support worker to support our delightful 7-year-old daughter who has additional needs.
She is a joyful, curious child who loves reading, singing and having fun. She can be very excitable and enjoys engaging with people who are patient, positive and encouraging. She needs some support with getting around, participating in activities and personal care. We are looking for someone who can provide gentle, caring, attentive assistance while helping her enjoy activities, build confidence and explore the world around her. Her favourite things to do are read picture books, bounce on trampolines and ride on swings at the local park.
The role is 4 hours per week during term time and 8 hours per week during school holidays.
We would love to hear from someone who:
· Has experience supporting disabled children (preferred)
· Is patient, caring and dependable.
· Genuinely enjoys engaging with children in a positive way to encourage interests and independence
· Is comfortable supporting with personal care

The successful candidate will be required to complete a DBS application. This will be funded by the employer.
