Winner Recruitment have partnered with a forward thinking manufactuing business and we are recruiting for multiple Labourer/Fitters

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with a mechanical background or manufactuing exprience

Assemble and build machinery from engineering drawings
Fit mechanical components including bearings, motors, gearboxes, shafts, and rollers
Install hydraulic and pneumatic systems
Carry out mechanical fault finding and repairs
Test and inspect machinery to ensure safe and efficient operation
Use hand tools, power tools, and workshop equipment safely
Support machinery installation and commissioning when required
Work closely with fabrication and engineering teams
Maintain high standards of quality and health & safety

Requirements
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Experience working with industrial machinery
- Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics preferred
- Welding or fabrication experience beneficial
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
