As per the Job Description please ensure you meet the following criteria before applying: Numeracy/Literacy skills to Level 1 (GCSE Grade 2-3, D-F or equivalent)IELTS or OETS (Overall score ofC1)accepted for overseas applicants (Level 7 in Listening/speaking/reading & Level 6.5 in Writing) Hold a Care Certificate or complete within 12 weeks of commencing employment. NVQ/QCF Level 3 in Care/Equivalent qualification or willing to complete if successful once applicant commences post (If applicant has 3 years or more care experience this is voluntary). Minimum of 12 months care experience You will not be considered for shortlisting if you do not meet the above criteria. Additionally, you will be required to undertake a condensed UHNM Maths & English test at interview to show good Literacy and Numeracy level. The test consists of 3 Maths questions and 3 English questions. All of the questions must be answered correctly for the interview to proceed.
