We’re looking for compassionate, reliable Support Workers to join our flexible workforce in Middlewich (CW10). If you’re an experienced support worker and looking to build your hours around other commitments, this role offers meaningful work with flexibility that fits your life.
The Role
You’ll be supporting adults with mental health needs and/or challenging behaviours in supported living settings, helping them live safely, independently, and with dignity.
Your day may include:
• Supporting daily routines and life skills
• Promoting independence and positive choices
• Managing and de-escalating challenging behaviour calmly
• Supporting with medication and personal care where required
• Encouraging social, leisure, and community activities
• Working closely with colleagues and professionals
What We’re Looking For
• A caring, patient, and proactive attitude
• Experience in social care, education, or supported living (preferred)
• Confidence supporting individuals with mental health needs
• Ability to stay calm under pressure
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• CPI training is desirable
