Masumin Motor Spares is looking for a reliable and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our busy vehicle workshop team in Milton Keynes.
This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, good organisation, and the ability to work confidently in a fast-paced automotive environment.
Working Hours
Monday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
Tuesday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
Wednesday: OFF
Thursday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm
Saturday: 8:30am – 3:30pm

1st June 2026
Key Responsibilities
Greeting customers and booking vehicles into the workshop
Providing updates on vehicle repairs and servicing
Managing job cards and workshop schedules
Liaising with technicians and parts departments
Handling invoices and customer queries professionally
Maintaining excellent customer service standards
Requirements
Full UK Driving Licence (MANDATORY)
Previous motor trade or customer service experience preferred
Good communication and organisational skills
Ability to work well under pressure
Basic computer literacy

Confident dealing with customers face-to-face and over the phone.
