We are recruiting for a Registered Nursing Home Manager (RGN / RMN / RNLD) to lead a well-established care home in Ealing. This is an excellent opportunity for a proven Home Manager or an ambitious Deputy Manager ready to step up into a senior leadership position.
About the Role – Nursing Home ManagerAs the Registered Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day running of the nursing home, ensuring high standards of clinical care, full CQC compliance, and a positive environment for residents and staff.
You will play a key role in improving performance, increasing occupancy, and maintaining a strong reputation within the local Ealing community.
Key Responsibilities-
Manage the overall operations of the nursing home in Ealing, ensuring compliance with CQC regulations

Deliver high-quality, person-centred care and clinical excellence

Lead, motivate, and develop a team of nurses and care staff

Drive continuous improvement and successfully manage change

Oversee budgets, staffing levels, and occupancy rates

Build strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals
Requirements-
NMC Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) – essential

Experience as a Nursing Home Manager or Deputy Manager within a care home setting

Strong knowledge of CQC standards and compliance

Proven leadership and team management skills

Experience in turnaround projects or improving care home ratings (desirable)

Passion for delivering high-quality elderly care
