Summary
As an Advanced Nurse Practitioner (ANP) you will be an experienced clinician who, acting within your professional boundaries, will provide same day care for patients registered at the surgery. This will include telephone triage, history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of care, including assessment and diagnostic skills. We envisage the ANP will develop close long-term relationships with patients and working in partnership with them to achieve optimum health. As practitioner, you will also triage acute patients presenting in the surgery environment and demonstrate safe, clinical decision-making and expert care for patients.
