We are pleased to share an exciting opportunity to join our team in a role that truly makes a difference to people’s lives across our community.

Working across a number of our Community Help and Information Points (CHIPs), the successful candidate will help support vulnerable members of the community by providing guidance, reassurance and practical assistance when it is needed most.
The role is primarily home-based, with regular travel across West Northants and Wellingborough to mentor and support volunteers during their training. This includes attending CHIP locations to demonstrate the role, assess learning and provide ongoing encouragement and support. The successful candidate will also work closely with experienced team members to gather feedback and ensure trainees remain engaged and confident in their development.

In addition, the role involves preparing and distributing equipment and documentation for new team members, meeting with them in person to assist with device set-up and introducing them to the systems we use.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic about the services we provide and passionate about supporting the local community while helping to expand the service across West Northants and Wellingborough. Strong organisational and IT skills are essential, along with flexibility and the ability to maintain accurate records using Google Sheets and other Google systems.

If you are organised, proactive and would like to be part of the CAWNAC team making a positive impact in our communities, we would love to hear from you.
