What skills and experience we're looking for

An exciting opportunity to become an essential part of a small, friendly primary school. This is a key-holder position that demands high levels of responsibility and a deep understanding of school safeguarding and health and safety protocols. The successful candidate will undertake a range of caretaking duties to the agreed quality standards, including security, cleaning, porterage and maintenance of the school site and premises thereby ensuring a safe working environment.

We are looking for a caretaker who takes pride in their work making the school the best it can be through having experience of cleaning and maintenance requirements as well as having a good level of communication with a variety of stakeholders. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic and self motivated being willing to undertake professional development.
