The Role

Grade D, scp6 £25,989 to scp11 £28,142 pay award pending.

As a Property Compliance Administrator in our Corporate Property team, you will use your people skills to make your own powerful contribution to delivering first-class customer service. Bolton owns and manages a huge and diverse range of properties which need regular maintenance and repair.

You’ll be the first point of contact for enquiries from internal staff and building users. You’ll record details of any repairs required onto our facilities management system so that works can be assigned to the relevant contractors, and then monitor contractor performance to ensure we have relevant documentation and evidence of completion of work and giving customers regular updates on progress.

This role is a hybrid working role, mostly working in the office three days a week and home for 2 days.

You will be required to work on rotating shifts of 8am 4pm and 9am 5pm, Monday Friday in line with the hours of service delivery.

About You

The successful candidate will be someone who is committed to great customer service, is calm under pressure and unfazed by difficult customers. You must be confident on the telephone and have good IT skills, being able to record detailed data on an IT system.

You’ll also have the organisational skills to manage your own busy workload. Knowledge on facilities management or building maintenance is a benefit, but is not essential, and full training will be provided.

About Us

This is your opportunity to join us at an exciting time as we have strong ambitions for the borough.
