Crynodeb
We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and professional Personal Assistant to provide one-to-one support for our 7-year-old daughter, who has a diagnosis of a DXH30 neurodevelopmental condition.
The successful candidate will be able to build a positive and trusting relationship, delivering attentive, person-centred support that promotes her safety, wellbeing, and development. She enjoys outdoor walks, sensory and messy play activities, and watching programmes such as Ninja Warrior and Gladiators.
Role Details:
• 6 hours per week (flexible schedule)
• Full UK driving licence essential
• Experience in moving and handling required
• Personal care responsibilities included
• Support required with eating and drinking
Safeguarding Requirements:
• A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
• An enhanced DBS check will be required
• References will be requested prior to appointment
• An understanding of professional boundaries and confidentiality is essential
This role would suit an individual who is patient, responsible, and committed to providing high-quality care in a safe and supportive environment. The hourly rate is £13:45
The successful applicant will be employed under a private arrangement with the family.
