Cover Supervisors Required - Evesham
Immediate Starts & September 2026 Opportunities
Paragon Education is currently recruiting confident and adaptable Cover Supervisors to work within secondary schools across Evesham and surrounding areas.
We have opportunities available for immediate starts and September 2026, including flexible day-to-day supply, long-term placements, and permanent positions.
This is an excellent opportunity for graduates, aspiring teachers, experienced support staff, or individuals looking to gain valuable classroom experience within secondary education.
The Role
As a Cover Supervisor, you will:
Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher
Deliver pre-planned lessons and ensure students remain on task
Manage classroom behaviour effectively
Support pupils’ learning and engagement across a range of subjects
Maintain a positive and safe learning environment
Liaise with teaching staff and senior leaders regarding pupil progress and behaviour
Requirements
Applicants should have:
Experience working with children or young people
Strong communication and classroom management skills
Confidence leading a classroom independently
A flexible, professional, and proactive approach
The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
Desirable Qualifications & Experience
Previous school-based experience
Degree-level education
Experience working within secondary schools
Behaviour management or youth work experience
Aspiring teachers seeking classroom experience
