Holt Engineering are working with is working with a high quality manufacturing company based in Havant. They are looking for a skilled and hands-on Production Technician to join there innovative Design & Engineering team.

Working across bespoke marine projects, you’ll build, test, service, and commission high-quality mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems for custom yacht and marine applications.

This is a full time Role working a 37.5 hour week.

Paying £14-£15 per hour.

What you’ll be doing as a Production Technician:

- Building and assembling custom low-volume products from technical drawings
- Testing, fault-finding, servicing, and refurbishing marine systems
- Supporting prototype and development builds
- Producing accurate build and test documentation
- Working closely with Engineering, Planning, and Sales teams
- Supporting installations, commissioning, and occasional international service visits

What we’re looking for in a Production Technician:

- 5+ years’ experience in an engineering or marine environment
- Strong mechanical assembly and fault-finding skills
- Experience with hydraulic and electrical systems
- Ability to read engineering drawings and work instructions
- A proactive, organised, and team-oriented approach
- Willingness to travel internationally when required
