Roles and Responsibilities
To assist individual maintain his home- help with housework.
To assist individual with food shopping- this could be online or accessing supermarket in person.
To assist individual with correspondence and assist with phone calls/ communication with professionals.
To assist individual attending appointments when required- may include public transport or taxis UNLESS PA drives.
About me:
I am a 50 year old man with a physical disability, I am neurodiverse and have some Mental health struggles.
I am talkative, outgoing, friendly and can be hyperactive at times.
