Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Clerical Assistant to provide front line clerical support in a secondary school, acting as the focal point for staff and visitors. You will be responsible for responding to changes in procedures and IT systems and for ensuring the effective day-to-day running of the school office. As a Clerical Assistant, you will work under the direction and supervision of the Headteacher, Business Manager or Admin Coordinator.

You are required to have a minimum of 4 qualifications at SCQF level 4, including English and Maths (e.g. National 4, Standard Grades at General Level or O Grades).

You may be required to obtain a Protection of Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme Membership or Disclosure Check for this role.
