Summary
We are seeking a compassionate, patient, and understanding Personal Assistant to support an individual in building confidence and independence. The role involves providing support within the home as well as assisting with accessing and engaging in the community.
The level and type of support required in this role will vary depending on the individual’s needs and how they are feeling. Duties may include providing assistance within the home, such as preparing drinks or supporting with light meal preparation. It may also include helping to include the individual to go outdoors.
The primary focus of the role is to promote independence and support the individual in developing their confidence.
Someone who can drive as the individual doesn't feel confident accessing public transport.
