Vacancy - Customer Service Advisor
This role of Customer Service Advisor reports to the Customer Service Manager, and full training will be given. Our client was Established in 2006 and has grown rapidly and currently supplies and distributes for some of the largest companies across the UK. They are a growing, innovative business and on the lookout for talented people to join the team!
Our client has built a strong reputation in the manufacture, import and distribution of quality, value-based products, whilst delivering high customer service satisfaction at all times. They pride themselves on on-time deliveries. The company specialise in distributing products from a network of trusted high quality factories around the world. Together with their partners, customers, suppliers and dedicated team, they continue to develop, manufacture and supply leading products to many markets across the UK.
The main duties include:
• Dealing with customer service calls, emails and live chat on our websites
• Processing orders over the telephone
• Dealing with queries and problems over the phone.
• The ideal candidate will have the confidence in dealing with people and happy to use computers and phones in their day-to-day tasks.
• They will be enthusiastic and self-motivated and keen to work in a friendly team whilst ensuring accuracy of our orders and excellent customer service is maintained.
• Training will be completed at the candidate's pace and full support will always be available. Whilst practical experience will be welcome, we are really interested in the attitude of the candidate and their ability to learn and contribute to our growing business.
