All pupils have EHCPs, ensuring structured, personalised learning in a nurturing and inclusive environment focused on independence and life skills.
Your Role - SEN Teacher (KS3)
- Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for KS3 students
- Support progress against EHCP targets
- Implement positive behaviour management strategies
- Work closely with Teaching Assistants and SEN staff
- Contribute to IEPs and personalised learning plans
- Promote confidence, independence and wellbeing
What We're Looking For
- QTS or equivalent teaching qualification
- Experience in a SEN / SEND / specialist school setting
- Knowledge of ASC, MLD, SEMH and SLCN
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- A patient, adaptable and compassionate approach
