Assistant Manager
Key Responsibilities:
• Supervising front-of-house operations and ensuring excellent customer service
• Handling and resolving customer complaints in a professional manner
• Ensuring accurate allergen information is provided to customers
• Supporting daily operations, including opening and closing tills
• Assisting with team coordination and maintaining smooth service during busy periods
• Previous experience at a supervisory or assistant manager level within catering or hospitality
Monday-Thursday 8:30 am–5:30 pm (4 days per week)

Pay Rates:
• Mon–Thursday Day Shifts: £13.00/hr
Mandatory Requirements:
• Updated CV.
• Right to work (Passport and Share code).
• NI Proof - P45/P60/ NI CARD.
• 2 proofs of address - (Utility bills, Bank statement, Credit card statement, HMRC, Council tax bill) not more than 2 months old.
• DBS Certificate
• Minimum 2 References which cover the past 5 years of work history.
• Birth Certificate.
• Passport-size photograph.
• Police Clearance Certificate (Foreign Nationals).
