• Manage incoming product assessments and order forms ensuring accurate data entry
• Book and coordinate patient appointments, clinics, and follow‑up visits
• Act as the first point of contact for patients, carers, and professionals
• Provide clear, sensitive communication about continence service processes
• Maintain and update patient records, databases, and correspondence
• Support clinicians with administrative tasks, document preparation, and clinic organisation
• Handle telephone enquiries, emails, and service inboxes professionally
• Order stock, manage deliveries, and maintain equipment registers
• Support the team with audit data, reports, and service improvement projects
• Uphold confidentiality, data protection, and professional standards at all times
