Full time (40 hrs per week) - Deputy Manager - Residential care home
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Deputy Manager to join out dedicated team to work between the hours of 2pm-10pm. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is passionate about delivering high-quality care, supporting staff and contributing to the smooth running of our service.
You must have experience in a dementia care setting in a leadership or deputy management role.
We are looking for someone who is proactive, supportive and committed to maintaining high standards.
A strong communicator who can work effectively with staff, residents and families.
Hours - 40 hours per week: 2pm-10pm and every other weekend is a necessity (can be flexible, however please note these that hours need to be covered during this post)
